Private in-home cooking lessons for individuals, families or groups of friends. are customized to your needs, level of experience in the kitchen, personal interests and dietary preferences and can be used to complement the consultation work we’re doing together or booked independently.
How does it work?
You chose the topic, I’ll create the menu based on your preferences and come to your home with all the ingredients we need to get cooking.
How do I chose a topic?
It all depends on what you’re most interested in learning about. Some of the most requested topics are:
How to do adopt a more whole food plant based way of eating
How to bake without sugar and refined flour
Gluten free cooking and baking
Healthy make ahead breakfast recipes
Healthy snacks that won’t cause blood sugar imbalances

What happens in the lesson?
We’ll go over the fundamentals of natural nutrition, I’ll show you how to prepare a few recipes step by step and explain the benefits of all the ingredients used. You’ll also get a digital copy of all the recipes we prepare together and a supermarket checklist so you’ll be ready to execute them on your own.

Private & Corporate workshops can be arranged for small groups upon request. We will work together to decide on a theme that is of interest to you and your group.

We’ll go over the fundamentals of natural nutrition, learn to eat well even when eating out and on a busy schedule and we’ll discuss stress management & self care techniques. We’ll do team exercises and activities to apply what we’ve learned in a fun and interactive way in the kitchen.
