So if you're following a style of eating prescribed to you by your doctor or dietitian to heal a condition such as histamine/dairy/gluten intolerance, diabetes, Low FODMAP for IBS, etc...you can absolutely do this program and reap the benefits.
The course is divided into 6 audio lessons. Ideally you will complete one per week.

*A note about weight loss: weight loss is a complex issue and will depend on many things, including genetic and environmental factors, current body weight, life stage, current habits and behaviours when it comes to nutrition and movement, health conditions, and the willingness to make changes. Some people lose weight after applying what they’ve learned in this program over the long haul, while others do not. However, all clients report feeling healthier, happier and more connected to their body as a result of what they’ve learned in this program.
