Peach Yogurt Parfait
Peach season is upon and I have the perfect way to use them in this heatwave, besides eating them whole that is. Who can resist biting into a juicy peach.
This Peach Yogurt Parfait takes minutes to whip up, especially if you already have a batch of my toasted muesli on hand and it makes an awesome quick and easy breakfast or snack.
Peach Yogurt Parfait with Toasted Muesli

Ingredients:
For the Parfait
- Toasted Muesli (find the recipe here)
- No Sugar Added Yogurt of choice
- Raw Peaches n' Cream Puree (recipe below)
- Raw Honey or Brown Rice Malt Syrup
- Peach Slices
- Slivered Almonds for topping
For the Peaches & Cream Purée
- 1 Ripe Peach, peeled and cubed
- Pinch Bourboun Vanilla Powder
- Raw Honey or Brown Rice Malt Syrup, to taste (optional)
- Handful of Slivered Almonds or Cashews, preferably soaked overnight
Method:
- Prepare the peaches n' cream purée by adding all ingredients to a high speed blender and puréeing until smooth and creamy. Add honey or brown rice malt syrup to taste and depending on how sweet you like it.
- Assemble the parfait by layering the yogurt, peaches n' cream purée and muesli.
- For the final layer, top with yogurt and peaches n' cream purée and swirl them together.
- Top with peach slices, some toasted muesli, some slivered almonds and a drizzle of raw honey or brown rice malt syrup if desired.
